(1). VINYL SULPHONE BASE
VS dyes are widely used for exhaust dyeing, cold pad batch process and also in automated batch wise dyeing machines. These are also used for printing by one phase or two phase application method. The range offers very good light and wash fastness. Excellent white effect on dyed grounds by discharge and resist printing method. It has high stability in dry state and neutral solution.
Vinyl sulfone dyes are reactive dyes comprising a vinyl sulfone group as reactive group (a fiber-bonding site of the reactive dye, “reactive hook”). Due to the relatively high reactivity of the vinyl sulfone group with water (residual moisture, air humidity), it is present in many commercial products in a protected form. For protection, an ethylsulfonyl group is substituted with a leaving group. During the dyeing process under alkaline conditions, the vinyl sulfone group is released by an elimination reaction
(2). MILK COLD BRAND
`M’ Brand Dyes are highly reactive requiring comparatively milder conditions in dye fixation. They are primarily of interest in dyeing at normal room temperature (about 25-35ºC) using Soda Ash or Sodium Bicarbonate.
`M’ Reactive Dyes are applicable to cellulosic textiles by Batch – wise, semi-continuous and Continuous methods in conventional textile machinery like Open-vat, Package, Jet, Jig, Winch and Padding Mangle. The versatility in various application procedures and the availability of a wide range of bright and fast shades are the outstanding features of this class dyestuffs
(3). EXHAUSTIVE BI-FUNCT
These are basically mixed bi-functional reactive dyes group, which is linked to chromophore via a monochloro triazine group. This type of dyes are usually applicable for dyeing of cellulosic material at 60oC temperature.
Following are some of the features of Bi-functional Dyes:-
i>. They have excellent leveling properties.
ii>. Dye-fibre bond formed between cellulose & Vinyl Sulphone group remains stable to acid hydrolysis, which helps in the stability of goods which are dyed in the industrial acidic atmosphere.
iii>. These dyes have good fastness properties. These are applicable for cellulosic materials by dyeing & printing methods.
iv>. They have better reproducibility in dyeing; have high fixation & exhaustion efficiency.
(4). HIGH EXHAUST
Such type of dyes is suitable for cellulosic materials and dyeing cotton. This type of dyes possesses significantly higher fixation and exhaustion efficiency, which results in high reduction in cost, when compared to conventional reactive dyes. Good build up and high fixation is of particular importance when dyeing cellulosic blends/polyester. The exhaustion of these dyes can be controlled with specific temperature and salt addition in order to give level dyeing, before Alkali is added.
(5). "VS" VINYL SULPHONE BASE
These dyes Posses excellent brightness and good wet fastness., They are dischargeable., They are suitable for exhaust and different pad dyeing methods using sodium as an alkali and discharge printing., Ease of washing off unfixed dyestuffs i.e. minimum staining of the white ground in printing., They are applicable at 40ºC and 60ºC.
These dyes are completely dischargeable as well as suitable for white and Colour resist printing. The infixed hydrolyzed dye has no affinity for Cellulose hence No Tinting of white ground in printing. High Fixation since more than two redicals are bonded resulting in an increasing dyeing yield.
Reactive VS Dyes are Reactive Dyes possessing Vinyl Sulphone as the reactive group. In presence of Alkali, these dyes chemically react with the hydroxyl group of cellulose and form firm, covalent linkages. These dyes are versatile enough to suit different dyeing methods. Results are excellent and shades come clean and brilliant with no variation in dyeing as well as in printing. Reactive VS Dyestuffs possess poor affinity for cellulosic fibres in absence of salt and alkalies. For this reasons, they are suitable for use on pad. Their substantivity can be increased by addition of Glauber’s salt and alkali, making the dyestuff suitable on all conventional dyeing machines for loose material, yarn in hanks and packages and piece goods. The dyeing methods may therefore, be classified under the padding and exhaust processes, standing baths are not recommended, as in alkaline medium inactivation of the dyestuff by reaction with water takes place as a side reaction.
Our “DYNAZOL” reactive dyes are widely used for dyeing and printing purposes. These are safe, long lasting and easy to use. Different shades of “DYNAZOL” on cotton offered by us.

(7). HOT FOR MULTI PRINTING
Disperse dyes were developed in the 1920s to colour synthetic materials, some results can also be achieved onto natural fibres but the colour is always more subtle. Unlike other dyes, disperse dyes do not dissolve in water but the dye droplets are suspended in the solution and then penetrate the fibres when heated. When synthetic fabrics cool they trap the particles of dye within them and the colour is instantly fixed. The dyes can be painted onto paper and heat pressed onto fabrics to create colour and pattern. Pre-coated heat transfer papers are also available to purchase and use in the same way.
